Printory Return & Refund Policy

At Printory, every print has a story, and we want you to be happy with what you receive. Many of our products are produced specifically for your order, so please review the following policy before making a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@printory.ca within 10 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Printory products are made specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, colour preference, or other customer selection errors.

Please review the product description and size information carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Products created specifically for a customer through our custom merchandise service are considered personalized products and generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@printory.ca. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after the refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable law requires a return, refund, cancellation, or other remedy, those legal requirements will apply.
